Imperfect Reflection

“For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face.  Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.  (1 Corinthians 13:12)

It is not uncommon for us to have accepted a distorted view of ourselves and the world.  Our past, the media, the people around us can all warp our vision.  However, as spiritual beings it is to our advantage to remember that the symphony of our lives is not finished.  We can’t even hear all of it until it is played on the stage of the eternal.  God only knows the fullness of His plan, reality, and us.  He is the only one who can see the entirety of all from His seat in the eternal.  We must trust Him to guide us into the full measure of our destiny.
